What to Bring
Valid ID, insurance card (if applicable), referral letter, and any prior medical records or test results.
Registration
First-time patients register at the front desk with ID and contact details. Returning patients check in with their patient number.
Arrival Checklist
Arrive 15 minutes early. Know your appointment time and department. Bring a list of current medications and allergies.

Use PrimeChart or our booking form, choose a doctor or service, pick a time, and wait for SMS confirmation before travelling.
Book by Phone
Call our main line during outpatient hours (Mon–Sat, 8 AM – 7 PM). For emergencies, call 8175 anytime.
Walk-in Visits
OPD accepts walk-ins subject to specialist availability. The emergency department accepts all emergencies without an appointment.
Cancellation
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another patient.

Admission
From arrival through ward assignment, nursing care, and discharge planning — our team guides you at every step.
Rooms & Wards
Private and semi-private rooms across inpatient, maternity, and ICU units with dedicated nursing teams.
Amenities
On-site pharmacy, cafeteria, parking, WiFi, ATM, and prayer room. Interpreter services available on request.
Meals & Nursing
Scheduled meals for inpatients. Use the bedside call system to reach your nursing team at any time.

Visiting Hours
General wards: daily 10 AM – 8 PM. ICU and NICU have restricted access — check with the nursing station.
Visitor Guidelines
Maximum two visitors per patient at a time. Children under 12 may be restricted in certain wards for infection control.
Gifts & Flowers
Fresh flowers are welcome in general wards. Not permitted in ICU, NICU, or isolation rooms.
Overnight Attendants
One attendant may stay overnight in private rooms. Please coordinate with ward nursing staff.

Submit a written request with valid ID at the Medical Records office. Copies are typically ready within 3–5 business days.
